Meditation brings us to the centre of ourselves. The sense of stillness and quality of attention are tools to the artist - just as much as the camera, brush or needle - from this well of inspiration we can bring new ideas, works and conversations into being.
On the last Friday of every month, we’ll gather for a gentle morning practice; inspired by mindfulness techniques and the creative process.
