Naturally dyed pieces will vary from batch to batch –– this is part of the process and what makes this craft unique.
Like with other textiles, prolonged exposure to sunlight and general use will gently fade the colour. Keep this in mind for wall hangings and art-works.
If you do need to wash your textiles, please hand washed cold using a PH-friendly soap.
Dry your textiles out of the sun. Lovingly mend when worn.

Jordan makes all SALT pieces by hand using responsibly sourced natural and organic (where possible) fabrics with 100% cotton threads.
Naturally dyed fabrics are coloured using food waste, seasonal foraged plants, flowers and extracts from trusted sources. To fix the dyes very small quantities of mordants are used when needed.
Orders are shipped in recyclable, water-resistant paper bags using as little packaging as possible. Paper tags are made using recycled paper and riso printed using soy ink.
