Winter Nights - Creative Earth Practice Workshop

A seasonal workshop offering inspiration and insights on nourishing your creativity through this winter season.

Just like the earth, you are a cyclical being and move through your inner cycles. It is in winter that you can rest, rejuvenate and nourish. With the quietness of this time, there is an opportunity to gain clarity and insights that will, just like the returning sun, blossom in springtime.

Though we have passed through the doors of the solstice, we are still in the arms of mid-winter. This deep time of introspection and stillness can be an ally to your creative practice, offering a time to weave the threads of inspiration and nourish the fertile inner ground for new projects.

Meditation for Artists - Fri 26th May

Meditation brings us to the centre of ourselves. The sense of stillness and quality of attention are tools to the artist - just as much as the camera, brush or needle - from this well of inspiration we can bring new ideas, works and conversations into being.

On the last Friday of every month, we’ll gather for a gentle morning practice; inspired by mindfulness techniques and the creative process.
