Working with Rita’s, SALT has created a limited collection of bespoke bags for their new deli, Bodega Rita’s. The range includes a Bottle, Mezcal and Bread bag. Each respecting the cycle of Rita’s ingredients by using food waste (red cabbage, onion skins and turmeric, as well as indigo) to create natural dyes.
