Orders are processed within three to five working days. UK orders are shipped first class with Royal Mail. International orders are sent using DPD.
Shipping times vary depending on where you are located, a tracking number is provided on orders over £50.00.

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland = £3.00 (orders over £50 are sent signed for)
Europe = £10.00
All other countries = £20.00
Any additional shipping rates, custom charges and taxes are to be paid for the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be processed within thirty days, any returns after thirty days will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed once the item is received in its original, unused condition. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note that SALT does not cover the cost of returning an item and is not responsible for any losses or damage in transit - we recommend sending your order tracked.
Our digital guides, pre-recorded classes, FOUR MOONS online journey and Creative Earth Practice course are non-refundable or exchangeable.
One-to-One sessions are non-refundable or exchangeable within 72 hours of your scheduled session.

Our workshop bookings are non-refundable, please keep this in mind when booking your place.
You are welcome to gift/resell your bought place if you’re no longer able to attend, be sure to contact SALT with the new attendee information.
